I’m Jenifer and I’m excited to welcome you here!
With over 20 years experience as a Coach, Training Manager, and Director of Teams, I understand how to help this age group reach their goals. I have spent years hiring, onboarding, promoting, and elevating teammates beyond their first role.
My path has taken me from college to moving across the country solo when I was in my early 20’s. I have worked in non-profit and government jobs to retail and corporate boardrooms and spent years living abroad. I served in the Peace Corps, started my own business, and worked my way out of personal debt. I use these real life experiences to motivate individuals and teams, lead with purpose, and help others to reach their goals and unlock their fullest potential.
